Our doctors are trained to fit and prescribe all types and brands of contact lenses. This includes soft lenses and rigid gas permeable hard lenses. They are also trained to fit specialty contact lenses for certain eye conditions such as the correction of presbyopia with monovision or bifocal contact lenses. Other correctable conditions include astigmatism and keratoconus.

Contact Lenses:

The last ten years have brought sweeping changes in the way contact lenses are manufactured and worn. Newer lenses are generally more comfortable, easier to care for and able to correct a wider range of vision problems. NEOVision offers no risk trial soft lenses. At your first appointment you will be assessed to see if you are suited for contacts. Costs can be clearly explained to you as well as what the best fit and type of contacts will be to give you the best vision possible. (Contact lens examination required) NEOVision Group offers Wave Contact Lenses which are custom designed from your corneal "fingerprint". Wave's special video camera and software digitally maps your cornea with thousands of numbers. Your doctor uses the map data and Wave's special design software to create a custom lens that follows almost every tiny shape on your cornea. In the width of a hair, there may be as many as 10 distinct curves on the back of the lens. With so many curves, Wave lenses offer unrivaled comfort and sharper optics. Many unsuccessful contact lens wearers are successful Wave lens users. Wave lenses are available in single vision, bifocal, astigmatism, keratoconus and post refractive designs.

Our staff will take as much time as you need to make sure you are confident at handling your lenses. If you have worn lenses before and struggled - call us!!! We will be glad to help.

Keep in mind, a pair of glasses is highly recommended for those times you are unable to wear your contact lenses. It is also important to keep your glasses prescription updated.
